Starting my settlement journey in Australia as a refugee, I experienced and observed many gaps in the settlement and multicultural services sectors.
In establishing Culture & Co. I want to create a positive change in the way multicultural services are designed and delivered.

Many providers of cross-cultural training programs are primarily concerned with offering facts and information about other cultures. We believe in focusing our training on skills and practical tools that will enable participants to function in a multicultural work environment and provide services to a diverse range of clients/users.
Our workshops are specifically designed to address workplace behaviours and challenges in an environment where we frequently work with people from different cultures and require tools to understand, respect, and manage a wide range of cultural differences in the workplace.
Our facilitators use their personal refugee journeys to deliver inspiring sessions to small groups or entire organisations, either face-to-face or remotely, using engaging and interactive digital tools.
